Hyundai AutoEver Hosts CP Leaders’ Pledge Ceremony to Promote Fair Trade Compliance

Hyundai AutoEver recently held a CP Leaders’ Pledge Ceremony to promote a culture of voluntary compliance with fair trade regulations.
CP (Compliance Program) refers to an internal compliance system operated by companies to ensure adherence to fair trade laws, including internal monitoring frameworks and employee training programs.

Marking its second year following last year’s event, the ceremony was attended by around 20 executives, including CEO Kim Yoon-gu, who signed a pledge committing to voluntary fair trade compliance. During the event, Hyundai AutoEver also unveiled its CP slogan: “Fairly HAE! Compliantly HAE! Together HAE!”

CEO Kim emphasized, “Upholding principles is essential to becoming a customer-centric global best software company,” adding that leadership would lead by example.


Korea Donggeurami Partners Conducts Experiential Disability Awareness Training

Korea Donggeurami Partners, a subsidiary-type standard workplace for people with disabilities under Hankook & Company Group, conducted disability awareness training on the 11th for around 50 employees at the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled’s Daejeon Vocational Competency Development Center.

The program, titled “ON Court,” featured a sports-based experiential format in collaboration with a wheelchair badminton team, fulfilling mandatory legal training requirements. Participants learned about the significance of employing people with disabilities through lectures and quizzes, and experienced competition wheelchairs and matches with athletes.

Founded in 2015, Korea Donggeurami Partners is the first standard workplace for people with disabilities in Korea’s tire industry, with approximately 160 employees both with and without disabilities working together in a culture of mutual growth.


Hankook Tire Presents Future Mobility Vision at ‘Design Innovation Day 2025’

Hankook Tire & Technology hosted Design Innovation Day 2025 on the 11th at its Pangyo headquarters in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province.

The event showcased innovations including a sustainability concept tire produced using 3D printing technology and the second-generation omnidirectional driving platform, Wheelbot 2. The sustainability concept tire reflects the company’s ESG vision through eco-friendly and recycled materials, while Wheelbot 2 is a robotic wheel system developed in collaboration with KalmanTech.

Since 2012, Hankook Tire has led global Design Innovation Projects with leading design universities worldwide, accelerating future mobility innovation through collaborations with companies such as LG Electronics, Rainbow Robotics, and KalmanTech.


Hyundai WIA Hosts ‘Meet-Up Day’ to Attract Mobility R&D Talent

Hyundai WIA held Meet-Up Day on the 11th at its Uiwang Research Center in Gyeonggi Province to recruit talent in the mobility sector.

Around 100 students from mobility-related research labs at major universities, including Seoul National University, attended the mentoring-style event. Hyundai WIA shared insights into future businesses such as integrated thermal management systems and powertrain components, with employees serving as mentors to discuss job roles in detail. Tours of mobility component testing facilities and thermal management labs were also conducted.

Hyundai WIA is currently recruiting new and experienced employees and graduate-level research scholars across 22 fields in three divisions integrated thermal management, vehicle parts research, and defense through the 15th.


EPIKAR Leads Mobility Innovation with Renault Korea Gangnam Showroom Renewal

EPIKAR, a mobility solutions company, successfully completed the full renovation of the Renault Korea Gangnam showroom, transforming it into a multi-purpose cultural space by introducing an F&B (Food & Beverage) area a first among Renault dealerships worldwide.

EPIKAR implemented its digital innovation solutions, including the unmanned showroom system EntryGO, the AI-powered consultation system PIKAR Genie, and the on-demand test-drive service Drive2U. EntryGO enables showroom access without time restrictions via QR-code authentication, while PIKAR Genie provides personalized consultations and quotations.

CEO Han Bosuk stated that the project represents “a platform presenting a new future for the automotive industry,” outlining plans to strengthen EPIKAR’s position as a leading mobility solutions company.


BRILS Selected as a ‘2025 Korea Excellent Job Creation Company’

BRILS, a robotics specialist, was selected as a 2025 Korea Excellent Job Creation Company, an honor awarded by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

At the certification ceremony held on the 11th at the Korea Federation of SMEs in Yeouido, Seoul, Minister Kim Young-hoon presented the certificate to CEO Jeon Jin. The program recognizes 100 companies annually for excellence in job creation and quality improvement.

BRILS was acknowledged for proactive hiring, a horizontal organizational culture, flexible work arrangements, and diverse welfare programs. The company promotes work–life balance through semiannual incentives, flexible working hours, and early dismissal on Fridays designated as “Family Day.”

Founded in 2015, BRILS specializes in integrated robotic automation solutions and is rapidly expanding in overseas markets including the United States, the Czech Republic, and India.
