EPIKAR Secures Commercial Deal with Major U.S. Dealer Group to Accelerate AI Driven Expansion in North America
에피카, 美 대형 딜러 그룹과 상용 계약… “AI 딜러십 모델로 북미 공략 가속”

EPIKAR announced on the 11th that it has signed an official commercial contract with Auto Gallery Automotive Group, a large used-car dealer group based in Georgia, United States.
The agreement is particularly significant as it represents a revenue-generating commercial partnership, rather than a pilot or proof-of-concept project, demonstrating that EPIKAR has entered a full-scale growth and scale up phase in the North American market.
Auto Gallery Automotive Group is a major dealership network generating approximately USD 600 million (around KRW 1 trillion) in annual revenue across Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. The group is recognized as one of the fastest-growing dealer organizations in the southeastern United States, with strong competitiveness driven by stable inventory operations, high turnover rates, and solid capital-raising capabilities.
The partnership has drawn industry attention as evidence that EPIKAR’s AI dealership business model aligns precisely with the needs of the U.S. dealership market. EPIKAR provides AI based dealer operation solutions that automate and optimize daily dealership activities, including sales, customer engagement, and inventory management, through advanced AI agent technologies.
In particular, PIKAR Genie, EPIKAR’s AI sales consultant, has attracted strong interest from local dealers. PIKAR Genie supports the entire customer journey from vehicle discovery and consultation to quotations and purchase across both online and offline channels, according to the company.
PIKAR Genie responds in real time to customer inquiries, test-drive reservations, and inventory checks, allowing sales staff to focus on high-value activities rather than repetitive tasks. This AI driven digital experience is expected to deliver faster and more natural customer interactions while enabling dealerships to standardize service quality, improve conversion rates, and maximize operational efficiency.
Through this contract, EPIKAR expects to generate approximately USD 10 million (around KRW 150 billion) in revenue in the first year. Given the reference driven nature of U.S. dealer networks, the partnership with Auto Gallery is viewed as a critical starting point for expansion into large dealer groups across the eastern and southern United States.
Industry observers note that “securing a first revenue generating contract with a major dealer group alone demonstrates that EPIKAR’s technology and services are well suited to the U.S. market.”
To strengthen its local partner support infrastructure, EPIKAR is currently raising approximately USD 10 million (around KRW 150 billion) in investment. The funds will be used to build U.S.-based sales and customer support teams, enhance onboarding processes, and localize operations strategic moves aimed at securing scalable partner management capabilities in the rapidly growing U.S. market.
EPIKAR has also completed a corporate flip, relocating its headquarters to the United States and restructuring its governance in preparation for potential global listing. This step is considered a prerequisite for future large-scale funding rounds and a Nasdaq IPO, while also expanding engagement with U.S. institutional investors.
This milestone coincides with a market environment in which leading U.S. dealer-focused SaaS startups such as Tekion, valued at approximately USD 4 billion are experiencing rapid growth. As demand for AI driven dealership operations solutions accelerates across North America, EPIKAR is actively discussing partnerships with major dealer groups in key regions including Texas and California in the West, as well as New York and Virginia in the East.
An EPIKAR representative stated,
“This agreement is highly meaningful in that EPIKAR has moved beyond simple technology validation to establishing a business structure capable of generating real revenue through an AI-based operating model in the U.S. market.”
The representative added,
“We are preparing additional partnerships with large dealer groups on both the East and West Coasts, and plan to pursue a global funding round based on simultaneous growth in the Korean and U.S. markets.”
EPIKAR provides a SaaS platform that enables end-to-end digitalization and integrated management of dealership operations from sales, test drives, contracts, payments, vehicle delivery and logistics, to maintenance and after-sales service including AI-based optimization solutions for vehicle sales and acquisitions.
Since last year, EPIKAR has expanded its Renault dealership business in Seoul, operating showrooms across major districts such as Gangnam, Dongjak, and Seocho. Through these initiatives, the company has established its identity beyond that of a traditional sales dealer, positioning itself as a comprehensive mobility solutions company.
