EPIKAR Expands Test-Drive Management Service to MINI

EPIKAR announced on the 4th that it will provide MTS (MINI Test-Drive Solution), a fully digital vehicle test-drive management system, for MINI, a brand under the BMW Group.
EPIKAR has previously delivered BTS (BMW Test-Drive Solution), which digitizes vehicle test-drive service management for BMW models, and has now expanded the scope of its service to include MINI.
MTS enables customers to complete test-drive consent forms via mobile devices, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Dealerships and sales consultants can also use MTS to conveniently handle procedures such as test-drive vehicle approval and assignment through mobile platforms.
In addition, MTS allows users to easily monitor test-drive reservation status, vehicles currently in use, and vehicle mileage information.
The MTS system will be applied to approximately 150 MINI test-drive vehicles across 24 official MINI showrooms nationwide.
