Epikar has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Dream Ace, a leading mobility
solutions company, to collaborate on infrastructure and in-vehicle systems, the company announced
on the 18th.
Under the partnership, Epikar plans to equip its upcoming VIP limousine service vehicles with Dream
Ace’s in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) solution, offering drivers a new digital experience.
In-vehicle infotainment technology allows drivers and passengers to access various forms of
information and entertainment while driving or when the vehicle is stationary. As the mobility
industry evolves, Epikar aims to adapt and transform its automotive-related solutions into diverse
B2C services.
As the first step in the partnership, the two companies will jointly plan and develop IVI integration
for Epikar’s VIP limousines and collaborate on market expansion. Dream Ace will be responsible for
developing content and digital solutions tailored to VIP passengers, while Epikar will handle system
integration to ensure seamless operation of Dream Ace’s IVI technology within the vehicles.
Han Bosuk, CEO of Epikar, stated, “This partnership enables both companies to effectively combine
their respective areas of expertise to pursue innovation in the automotive market. Epikar will
continue to work with a wide range of partners to create new value that has not previously existed.”
Lee Seyeon, CTO of Dream Ace, added, “This collaboration represents a great opportunity to create
new customer experiences by combining Dream Ace’s infotainment-based integrated solutions with
Epikar’s outstanding limousine services. Together, we will strive to deliver an enhanced vehicle
experience for users and broaden the horizons of mobility solutions.”
