(Seoul = Yonhap News) – Epikar, a company leading digital transformation in car sales and
distribution, announced on the 17th that it has fully digitized and expanded the “BTS” (BMW Test-
Drive Solution) system used by its client BMW Korea for managing vehicle test drives.
With the newly upgraded BTS system, BMW dealers can now easily check test drive vehicle
reservations and identify which vehicles are currently in use. Tasks such as completing test drive
consent forms, vehicle approval, and assignment can also be conveniently processed via mobile.
The BTS system also supports digital vehicle lock/unlock services that do not require a physical key
and offers dashboard features showing information such as monthly top-performing test drive
branches and mileage data for each vehicle.
Since July of last year, Epikar has been providing BTS to around 70 BMW showrooms nationwide.
The latest upgrade incorporates improvements based on dealer feedback gathered over the past
year.
Han Bosuk, CEO of Epikar, stated, “The primary goal of BTS is to deliver a refined and seamless
experience for customers interested in purchasing BMW vehicles, thereby enhancing brand trust. For
dealers, the system also enables increased operational efficiency, cost savings, real-time customer
management, and data-driven sales growth.”
